Packs of floor boards available in any of the TruWood veneer types
These packs contain 28 boards. The boards are half an inch wide by twelve and a quarter inches long, the pack covers an area of 12″ by 14″ which is enough to cover an average sized room.
The boards are approximately 0.6 of a mm thick ( 24 thou )
These floorboards are available in six different veneer types please see photos below
The boards are easily laid using pva glue or any glue suitable for wood/veneer. Double sided tape and spray glue also work well.
They can be left in the natural state or polished with wax polish (Briwax etc.) Treated with satin clear varnish or treated with stain/varnish in the colour/hue that suits your project. Nail holes can be added using a bradawl or sharp point, these will then show up well in the finished floor.
See the images for samples treated with clear satin varnish, and the same board/veneer types treated with light oak satin varnish. There are many effects and colours available in these types of stain varnish, antique pine, antique mahogany, Jacobean dark oak etc ) all work well on these floorboards. I have also included a couple of photos showing the boards with nail holes added.
