Shipping Information
Due to our products being hand made to order the order the processing time can be up to 10 working days depending on the size of the order. More often than not though they are shipped out much sooner.
Our standard delivery time in the UK is usually 3 to 5 days from the time we have dropped it off with Royal mail.
International shipments are very welcome, please be aware that there is a longer shipping time required for our products to get to you, it can take 5 -7 working days in some cases depending on where you are in the world.
Delivery times may be extended during certain busy periods (Sale periods and Christmas).
Please note that all orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
Approximate delivery times once despatched are:
- Eire 3-5 working days
- Europe 3-5 working days
- USA/Canada 5-7 working days
- Elsewhere 5-7 working days
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses and freight forwarders.
